  Rheubin Lee McCoy, 73, a retired carpenter, died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at his residence in Weatherford. Born January 31, 1933, in Gordon, Texas, he was a retired carpenter, former truck driver, musician, a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, VFW Post 4746 and an Army Veteran. 

  Rheubin was preceded in death by his daughter, Kitty Taylor; son, Doyle McCoy; parents; three brothers; four sisters; a grandson; one great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

  Graveside:  2:00 p.m., Monday, September 25, 2006, in the Granbury City Cemetery. 

  Visitation:  2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. 

  Survivors:  Wife; Nora McCoy of Weatherford; daughters, Janie Sherman and husband, Ricky of Haltom City, Lynn Sager and husband, Calvin of Azle, Shelia Barksdale and husband, Bruce of Weatherford, and Ethel Lynn McCoy of Joshua; son, David Taylor and wife, Cindy of Santo; sister, Emma Anderson of Fairfield, Texas; 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
