Richard "Dick" Keller, age 78, passed from this life on Thursday, June 29, 2023. He was born July 19, 1944, in Alexandria, Louisiana to Orville Franklin Keller and Anna Loueva (Williams) Keller. Dick owned a tree business in Parker County who always had a big heart in wanting to help a lot of people. His motto and business name was "Have Saw, Will Travel”. Dick was a fireman and a lumberjack on the West Coast to a cowboy on the Moncrief Ranch here in Parker County for about 10 years.
Not only was Dick preceded in death by his parents, but also by his beloved wife, Edie Keller. Also a sister Loueva Keller Moore and a brother Orval Keller.
Dick is survived by his four sons, Ronnie Keller and wife, Jerri, Jason Keller and wife, Veronica, Matt Keller and wife, Danyelle, and Troy Keller; numerous grandchildren and a great grandchild who all called him "Pa". Brother, Steve Keller.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 3, 2023, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm St, Weatherford, Texas 76086. Visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the funeral chapel.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Keller's request was to have donations made to or to join the NRA.
