Richard Lee Feuilly

Richard Lee Feuilly passed from this life on Monday, October 9, 2023, at age 88. He was born January 25, 1935, in Weatherford, Texas to the late Julious Feuilly and Sadie (Mikolajazak) Feuilly.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Ann Feuilly of Weatherford; he was a family-oriented man and adored his two children, Randy Feuilly (Miladene) and Leslie Feuilly (Bonnie), and grandchildren, Jason, Clarisa, Michael, and Roland. Additional survivors include his brother-in-law, Leslie David McDonald.

Richard was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Prior to his retirement, he worked for the Texas Highway Department and then started his own excavation business. Among his professional achievements, he was a talented writer with several published letters to the Editor in the Weatherford Democrat for many years, as well as writing his own blog and website. Richard was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all.

A visitation is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel stateroom, 913 N. Elm St, Weatherford, Texas 76086.

Richard's funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 201 Eden Rd, Weatherford, Texas 76085, with burial to follow at the Oakland Cemetery.
