Rita Joyce Runge

Rita Joyce Runge, a current resident of Weatherford, TX, peacefully departed from this earthly life Saturday morning, June 29, at the age of 71. She was a graduate of Brownstown Central High School Class of 1966.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on July 9, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 2174 South County Rd 750E in Dudleytown, Indiana. Visitation will precede the service at 9 a.m. with burial directly following the service.

Rita was born on January 15, 1948, in Seymour, Indiana to Arthur and Julia Bishop. She married Robert Runge on January 7, 1989. Rita was a selfless, dedicated mother and grandmother. She loved to sew, cook, garden, collect antiques and shop.
Rita is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon; and husband.

Rita is survived by her children, Cynthia Moberley and her husband, Joe; their children, Justin and Reagan; son, Cody Lane and his wife, Ranae; their children, Sydney and Cameron; and brother, Melvin Bishop and his wife, Marjorie, as well as one niece and three nephews.
