Robert Ellis Lee

Robert Ellis Lee, 83, passed from this life on Monday, January 23, 2023. Born on December 29, 1939, in Roanoke, Texas, Robert was a son of Charles T. Lee and Margaret Jewell (Pearson) Lee.

He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, 1961-1965. Upon completion of his military service, he spent many successful years in Logistics for Lockheed Martin, retiring after 50+ years. Robert married the love of his life, Cheryl Lynn Dickson in 1971. Together they raised two beautiful daughters and made many loving memories.

Robert was a member of North Main Church of Christ and the ROMEO Club where he often enjoyed sharing a meal with his retired friends. In his early years he was a part of the Volunteer Fire Department in his hometown of Keller, Texas. He was a golf enthusiast and could be found most Saturday mornings on the course with his friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Margaret Lee.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Lynn Lee of Weatherford, Texas; daughter, Brandy Janae Lee; daughter, Lacey Jewell Lee; grandson, Phoenix Lee-Hyatt; brother, Charles T. Lee, Jr.; and brother, Don Edward Lee. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A graveside service will be held Friday, January 27, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, Texas 75211.
