Robert Lawrence Hamilton

  Our dearest Robert Lawrence Hamilton, 54 of Weatherford, Texas, went to be with our Lord in heaven on Sunday, December 21, 2014. Robert was born to Donald and Ann Hamilton in Houston, Texas, on January 8, 1960. He served in U.S. Army and enjoyed outdoor landscaping. Robert helped many young people who needed shelter and love. 

  He was preceded in death by wife, Cynthia Nadine Hamilton; brothers, Billy Ray Hamilton and Walter Scott Sollis. 

  Survivors: daughter, Kimberly Ann Hamilton of Weatherford; son, Robert Lawrence Hamilton of Weatherford; grandson, Elijah Matthew Arriaga of Weatherford; mother, Partha Ann Sims of California; brother, Chuck Sollis of California; sisters, Sherry Coplan of Weatherford, Donna Beard of Florida, and Luann Hamilton of California. Also survived by Aunt Myrna and husband, John Casey of Texas; and Uncle Jerry Sims of Texas; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Graveside service: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 30, at Zion Hill Cemetery.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
