Robert Van Vandaddy Yarbrough

Robert Van “Vandaddy” Yarbrough Sr., age 61, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014. Van was born on July 14, 1953 in Plainview Texas to R C and Jean Yarbrough. He was a retired highly respected Class A Foreman for Integrated Interiors Inc. Van was a loving influence for family and friends, he touched lives in many ways. Van loved his family, he was an honorable husband, a remarkable and devoted father and was a dedicated hard worker.
Mr. Yarbrough is preceded in death by his son, Johnny McKee, father, Bill Miller, brother, Stephen D. Yarbrough, brother in law, Jim Gribble and aunt, Mary Van Butcher.
Van is survived by his wife; Millita Yarbrough of Weatherford, daughters; Tiffany Yarbrough of North Richland Hills, Trisha Goodin of Houston, sons; Robert Yarbrough, Jr. and wife Saxon of Fort Worth, Stephen Yarbrough and wife Diana of Fort Worth, Richard McKee and wife Rose of Harlingen, mother; Jean Miller of Tucson, Arizona, sister; Cassie Gribble of Tucson, brothers-in-law; Stephen LaBeth and wife Shirley of Rosharon, Texas, Joe DePute and wife Jeri-Lyn of Poteet, Texas, Aunt; Shirley Gideon of Lubbock, nine grandchildren whom he loved and adored. He will be greatly missed by all.


Funeral: 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment in Memory Gardens. Visitation 6-8 pm Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard.
