Rosalie Lois Stines (Knapp), 89, died Sunday, December 28, 2014 with her family at her bedside at home in Weatherford.
 Mrs. Stines, "Lois" was born on June 23 1925 in Elizabeth, NJ to Rosalie and Frederick Knapp.
She lived in various areas of New Jersey for over 70 years. She attended Montclair State College in Montclair, N.J. She spent many of her years living near and enjoying the beaches of the Jersey shore.
 On September 21, 1946 she married her husband, Henry Johnson "Hank" Stines, in Manasquan, N.J. They celebrated their 64th anniversary in September 2010. After retiring in Madison, N.J. following 20+ years of working for Epstein's department store in Morristown, N.J., they moved to Pt. Pleasant, N.J., then to Anderson, S.C, for 7 years and had been living in Weatherford for 12 years when she died.
 Lois was very active through the years. She was a member and past worthy matron of the Ocean Chapter of Eastern Star, in N.J. In addition, she was a long-time member of the Madison, N.J. Presbyterian Church. Hank and Lois were active square dancers and were members of three different clubs. She was a leader in Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, enjoyed traveling, shopping with her family, and will be remembered by her family, friends and neighbors as a sweet, kind, gentle lady.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Rosalie Knapp, her husband, Henry Johnson Stines, her daughter, Susan Carol deButts, and her daughter, Cynthia Ann Sveda.
 Lois is survived by her sister, Dorothy Boet of Jupiter Cove, Florida; son, Frederick Earl Stines of Lawrenceville, Ga. (including his wife Emily Ross, and their children, Bryce Frederick Stines and Henry Max Stines); and daughter, Michele Stines Wilfer and her husband Harry Wilfer of Weatherford, TX; additional grandchildren, Dale DiSarno of Florida, Andrew DiSarno of Georgia, Nicole Rotter of California, son-in-law, Ken Sveda and grandson, Damian Sveda of Maine; and several nieces and nephews who adored her.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in her home state of New Jersey.
