Sammy William Nash, 69, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011, in the local hospital. Sammy was born August 10, 1941, in Weatherford, where he was a life long resident. He was retired from AT&T, a Baptist, an Air Force Veteran, and a member of the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Nash of Weatherford; daughter, Amy Bedinger and husband, Mitch of Weatherford; granddaughter, Charlsi Ann Bedinger; sister, Marilyn Huff of Fort Worth; and brother, Randall Grissom of Austin.
Graveside: 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in the Johnson Cemetery.
