Saundra "Sandie" Francis Pugh

Saundra "Sandie" Francis Pugh, 79, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022. She was born August 30, 1943 in Athens, Texas to Wheeler Horace and Jackie Spruce Ames. Sandie was a devoted member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where she attended faithfully until her health declined. She was a beautician for many years, she also worked at the Weatherford Post Office, and then in the jewelry department at the WalMart in Weatherford. But she spent most of her time being a wonderful wife, mother, and daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Curtis and her siblings, Carl and Lloyd Ames and Wanda Thompson. Sandie is survived by her sons, Jerry Pugh and wife Cindy and Joe Pugh and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Curtis, Hayden, Madeline, and Harper Pugh as well as one brother, Rex Ames.
