Sheilla Jean Williams

Sheilla Blackwell Williams of Weatherford passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter October 23, 2018 after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Sheilla was born in San Angelo, Texas to Pete and Nila Blackwell. She attended Southward Elementary, Brady Junior High and Brady High school then met and married her high school sweetheart, Jeff Williams. She was employed by Dr. Steven Thomas, DDS as his Office Manager since 1997. She was dedicated to her job and excelled at making sure each patient’s needs were met. She will be sorely missed by all the people she touched through the years and for whom she made life just a little bit easier.

She is survived by the people she loved the most and who are the reason she fought so valiantly to live: Parents, Pete and Nila Blackwell; Husband, Jeff Williams; Daughters, Tasha Williams and Sasha Decker (Bandy); Her Granddaughter, Jadynn, who she shared a very special relationship with along with many cousins and friends.

There will be a viewing at Galbreaith Pickard on Friday, October 26, in Weatherford, Texas from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The funeral will be held Saturday, October 27 at North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford, Texas at 2:00 p.m for all who wish to pay their respects
