Stacy Diane Sutherland, age 60, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Born on October 29, 1963, in North Carolina, to Wilbert Cooper and Diane (Forman) Cooper, Stacy honorably served her country in the United States Air Force before embarking on a successful career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster.
In her leisure time, Stacy found joy in indulging in hobbies such as gambling, savoring good food, and going to the movies. She held a deep affection for her former home in Montana, where she cherished hiking and immersing herself in the tranquility of the great outdoors.
Stacy was preceded in death by her daughter, Justine Riggs, and her brother, Dale Lee Cooper. She leaves behind her daughter, Ariale C. Thomas (Antonio Trujillo); along with five adored grandchildren, Ayden Sutherland, Addison Thomas, Mia Thomas Trujillo, Andru Riggs, and Jordan Riggs. Stacy is also survived by her father, Wilbert Cooper; mother, Diane Cooper; sister, Ricki Cooper; and her beloved dog and faithful companion, Willy.
At this time, no services have been scheduled to commemorate Stacy's life. May her memory be a blessing.
