Tammy Lea Pitman

Tammy Lea Pitman, 50, of Weatherford, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday evening, December 1, 2016, in Weatherford.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 6:30 P.M., with visitation beginning at 5 PM, on Monday, December 5, 2016, at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Burial will be private.
Tammy was born on November 22, 1966 to Jerry and Suzann Wren. She will be remembered for her love of cooking and crafts. She “had the Biggest heart of anyone.” Most of all, Tammy cherished time spent with her family – particularly her children and grandchildren.
Tammy is survived by her husband, David Summerville; children, Joshua (Katie) Pitman and grandson, Jackson Pitman, and Jessica (Blake Murillo) Pitman and granddaughter, Clarity Pitman; her sister, Cheri Shuey; and by her aunt, Denise Petrea.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and by her grandmother, Virginia McCarty.
