Terry "Whopper" Greer

Terry "Whopper" Glenn Greer, age 61, passed from this life on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Terry was born March 2, 1962, in Hobbs, New Mexico, the only son to Homer Greer and Wanda (Carr) Greer.

Terry was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, uncle, and brother. He firmly believed in taking care of his family; they were his purpose and drive. Terry retired from working many long days on the road, from his favorite job at Tejas Trucking, where he was affectionately known as "Whopper" among his friends and trucking colleagues. Terry will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish Terry's memory are his wife, Deirdre "Dee" Greer of Weatherford, Texas; daughter, Kristal Greer of Weatherford; daughter, Brittany Greer of Fort Worth; grandson, Orion "Beebo" Parks; grandson, Adonis "Wiggles" Parks; sister, Sharon Menchaca of Odessa; sister, Sheila Shoe of White Settlement; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Wanda Greer; sisters, Karen and Sherry Greer; and his fur baby, Teddy Bear.
