Tiny Louise Manning

Tiny Louise Manning, age 79, passed from this life and into the arms of Jesus on Monday, February 1, 2021, at her home surrounded by family. Tiny was born November 9, 1941, in Weatherford, to Otto and Louise White Caraway. She was a 7th generation Parker County Native. 

Tiny was a Retired RN, working for Campbell Memorial Hospital, Weatherford ISD, and in the Home Health Field. She was a member of the Central Christian Church and fondly remembers her Baptism in the Brazos River under the Old Tin Top Bridge. She was Tiny in name only, for her heart was huge and it was her life’s mission to care not only for her beloved family, but for anyone who needed her. Tiny was straightforward, you never had to worry where you stood with her, yet her soft side exhibited unending compassion and love. Tiny will be remembered as a Parker County icon and she will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and the community.

Tiny was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Manning; her parents, Otto and Louise Caraway; and brother, Hollie Caraway.

She is survived by her daughter, Luann Robinson and fiance, Wayne Densmore of Weatherford; son, John Robinson and wife, Shauna of Weatherford; grandchildren, Victoria Hammett, Forrest Robinson, Logan Hammett, and Alex Hammett and wife, Cassidy; great grandchildren, Caraway Riedel, Charleigh Smith, baby on the way, Memphis Otto Hammett; and brother, Dudley Caraway and wife, Leea Arnold of Weatherford, Texas.

Visitation will be Monday, February 8, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, with the Funeral on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at the North Side Baptist Church, in Weatherford, followed by graveside at Tin Top Cemetery.
