Tommy Clinton Holladay

Tommy Clinton Holladay, 81, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, August 24, 2020, at his residence. Tommy was born May 13, 1939, in Walnut Springs, Texas to Jasper and Imer Baker Holladay. He graduated from Walnut Springs High School where he played 6-man football. Tommy worked in uranium mines for 3 ½ years, owned a paint store in New Mexico, selling his own brand, Holladay Paint and owned and operated Gibson’s Discount Center in Weatherford for 50 years. Tommy was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt, fish, golf, sky dive and ride motorcycles. Above all worldly things, Tommy loved his Lord and Savior and is happy to be home. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Unita Brown; and his brother, Danny Holladay. 

Tommy is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Barbara; children, Tammy Seidler and husband, Bobby and Jack Holladay and wife, DLynn; grandchildren, Brandon Seidler and wife, Maggi, Jordan Seidler and Chaz Holladay; as well as one precious great granddaughter, Lane Seidler.
