Tommy William Wood, 70 of Weatherford, died Thursday, January 19, 2012. Mr. Wood was a retired lineman for Brazos Electric and a Baptist. He was a member of the Kiwanas Club, an Eagle Scout and Advisor and assistant Scout Master. He was a landscape artist, former math tutor at Weatherford Middle School, he loved reading westerns and old west books and metal detecting. Mr. Wood is survived by his daughters, Angie Green and husband Eric of Duncanville, Tommie Wood of Borger, sons, Kenny Navarro of North Richland Hills, Paul Navarro of Weatherford, Brandon Wood and wife Angela of Weatherford, sister, Brenda Wood of Ennis, eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren. Funeral service 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at North Side Baptist Church. Interment in Dean Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 pm Monday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Memorials: Weatherford Kiwanas.
