Walter Kenneth Oakley Jr., age 58, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, January 16, 2015.. Walter was born November 2, 1956 in Weatherford where he was a lifelong resident. He was a former Construction Engineer, a member of the Masonic Lodge and enjoyed playing golf and fishing.
