Wesley Doy Beauchamp

Wesley D. Beauchamp, 78, devoted and beloved husband of 57 years, passed away peacefully at Kindred Hospital Southwest, in Fort Worth, on Monday evening, April 3, 2017 after a short, hard fought, battle with lung cancer.
Wesley was born December 21, 1938 near Dennis, Texas. He was a graduate of Weatherford Collee, Brock High School (’57), and Dennis Jr. High. Wes’ entire career was in active or civil service for our government. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and worked at Fort Wolters, MWL and the Federal Corps of Engineers, FTW until his retirement in 1994.
Wes is survived by his loving wife, Mary; mother-in-law, Chloe Glenn, sister-in-law, Shirley Maddux; brothers-in-law, Dale (JoAnn) Glenn and Coy Glenn; nieces, Tandy Jo, Angie, and Vicki; and by his nephews, Bobby and Scott.
In addition to his parents, Roy and Mary Beauchamp, Wes was preceded in death by his son, John Beauchamp; father-in-law, L.E. “Shorty” Glenn; and by his sister, Jo Ann.
Burial will be held at 2 P.M., on Saturday, April 8, at Buckner Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Parker Animal Shelter.
