William "Bill" Duane Tyree

William “Bill” Tyree, Sr. 77, of Weatherford, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at his residence.  Bill was born April 8, 1934 in Lynchburg, Virginia. Bill enlisted in the Army in March of 1957. He met and married Carole Frances Bommersbach in November of 1962. Together they raised five children. Bill was a truck driver, a Ferrier and worked construction and was a member of The Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors: Wife of 48 ½  years, Carole Tyree, sons, William D. Tyree, Jr., John Edward Tyree, Michael Justin Tyree and Daniel Arnold Tyree, daughter, Laura Jean Morris, sister in law, Jean Collier, brother in law, Robert Bommersbach and wife Dina, grandchildren, Crystal Nuncio, Michelle Tyree, Cody Tyree, Tamara, Ashley and Jaylee Tyree, Mallory Morris and Hailey Jo Henderson; great grandchildren, Elijah Nuncio and Gage Tyree and Faith Tyree, nieces and nephews, Charity Calley and her children, Faith David and family and Nathan Hejtmanek
 
Funeral: 10:00 AM, Saturday May 21, 2011 in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Bethel Road. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Friday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Red Cross.
