Willie E. Glenn

William Eugene Glenn, age 70, of Weatherford, died early Friday morning, June 14, 2013, in a Fort Worth facility.  Born February 3, 1943 in Weatherford, where he had lived all his life.  Mr. Glenn, an Air Force veteran, was employed by TXDOT for 33 years, an avid outdoorsman, loved fishing, hunting, traveling and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Glenn, parents, “Bud” and Lois Glenn, brother, Dennis Glenn, sister, Wanda Sue Glenn and first wife, Carolyn Glenn.

Daughter – Brenda Purcell, Owensboro, Kentucky
Daughter-in-law – Sherry Glenn of Fort Worth
Son – Byron Glenn of Evansville, Indiana
Brothers – Charles Glenn
                   Lawrence Glenn both of Weatherford
Sister-in-law – Dovie Glenn of Brady, Texas
Nieces – Kim Shelton
               Becky Howard
Nephew – Johnny Bouyer
Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews
 

 
 

Funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in the GalbreaithPickard Funeral Chapel with interment in Oakland Cemetery. 

Visitation will be 6-8 PM on Monday evening, June 17, at the funeral home.
