Willie Mae Sosebee

Willie Mae Sosebee, 88, of Weatherford, passed away October 7, 2017 in Fort Worth.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 2 P.M., on Friday, October 13, 2017, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens west of Weatherford. Visitation will be held Thursday evening, from 6 until 8, at the funeral home.
Willie Mae was born July 3, 1929 in Brock, Texas to Robert and Ruby Tillery. She was a long-time member of North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford. Willie Mae enjoyed traveling within the U.S. with her husbands. She will affectionately be remembered for her love for her family – particularly her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She also enjoyed family gatherings.
Willie Mae is survived by her grandchildren, Robert Shawn (Susan) Mann, Anita Gail (Jimmy) Yates, and Ronald “Pete” (Tammie) Mann; 6 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; sister Eva Jean Darter and husband Jack; by numerous nieces and nephews; and by her care-taker, Jimmy Collins.
In addition to her parents, Willie Mae was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert “Doc” Cunningham Mann and Monroe Sosebee, by her son, Robert Gary Mann, granddaughter, Emily Marie Mann; and by her siblings, J.R. Tillery, M.C. Tillery, Ben Tillery, Ruthie Faye Beaird, Ruby Jean Tillery and Billy Don Tillery
